This Punch Mukhi Rudraksha Bracelet is made using 11 hand-picked 5 mukhi Rudraksha beads in size 8mm. The Bracelet is made using high quality, smooth, hard, round and lustrous Rudraksha beads from Java (Indonesia) strung together in a red cotton string. The string of the bracelet is adjustable and it is also equipped with decorative tassel with two red gold plated beads. 

Rudraksha seeds is said to increase stamina, enhance self-work, induces confidence, reduce blood pressure, increases concentration, memory, creativity, strengthen the heart and give divine protection.

FIVE MUKHI (FACE) RUDRAKSHA 
Five faces is the most commonly available rudraksha. Wearing this rudrakshas removes the nature of human like Kama (Lust), Lopa (Greed), Mooha (Attachment), Krodha (Jealousy), and Ahankar (Unwanted Ego) thus bring sound health. Wearing in the mala of 54+1 or 108+1 in the collar is highly beneficial for people with heart diseases, blood pressure, stress, anxiety.

This bracelet has an inner circumference of about 8" unstretched, and would best fit small to large wrists. Please measure the part of your wrist where you prefer it to sit..
